About Us

The landscape of employee benefit provision is now more diverse and complex than ever, particularly as businesses adapt to new ways of operating. With the working environment constantly evolving, it's crucial for organisations to stay up-to-date with the latest changes and developments in order to attract and retain top talent.


Benefits Benchmarking was established as an impartial sector source by an acclaimed Benefits and Wellbeing expert with 25 years of experience. I conduct annual Benefits Benchmarking surveys, designed in partnership with benefits managers. My goal is to facilitate comprehensive exploration of benefits strategies by providing clients with invaluable survey insights which can be used to drive transformative change and assist in securing a competitive edge. 


At Benefits Benchmarking, I maintain vigilant watch on the benefits market, hot topics, and trends to provide the most current and valuable data through our surveys.  When I was finishing university, I was not sure where my career would take me. Then, benefits found me, and I have never looked back. I was captivated by the complexity and potential of the field, soaking up every detail and opportunity. Five years in, I had naturally grown into the role of a benefits manager, and a spark was lit. Helping people through innovative benefits programs became my passion, and it’s this commitment that still drives me today.

The moments I treasure most are those where the work truly transforms lives, whether it’s hearing that a family grew thanks to an IVF plan I introduced, capturing early-stage cancer through health screenings or via employees' access to vital health and wellness initiatives. It is in these moments that my role becomes more than a career; it is a mission to create a better world, one employee benefit at a time.

With over 20 years of experience in pensions, benefits, and wellbeing, I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering market-leading, bespoke solutions for top-tier organisations. My work has earned multiple awards, including the prestigious Britain's Healthiest Workplace - Large Employer accolade, which I’ve had the honour of winning four times, a record in its category.

This wealth of experience and a desire to broaden my impact inspired me to create Benefits Benchmarking. This unique service provides employers with not just a comprehensive survey but also an in-depth, tailored analysis of their benefits offering.
